A sought-after advisor in business and sales strategy and planning particularly around operationalising, aligning and integrating sales, marketing, and business processes and governance, I have been delivering great business outcomes through astute planning, communication and execution across the financial services, technology, consulting and early stage start up sectors for over 20 years.
I’ve held chief executive, COO, sales management and Board positions across all sizes of business enterprise. This includes service on inaugural start up Boards helping them to articulate strategy and ultimately achieve trade sale; working with early stage businesses to create business-specific integrated financial models, valuation rationale and pitch decks to assist in investor presentation and capital raising. Corporately, I have created the multi-million dollar Australian operation of a global technology business. I successfully built and managed the regional and sales operations of some of Australia’s largest and high profile listed technology service companies – running and achieving sales and business targets in the tens of millions.
